caps 2x daily between meals is the standard dose. Also can
use a loading dose for the first 2 months of 4 caps 3x daily
for 2
months than start on standard dose. Reishi and many other mushrooms have
been cultivated with the same technique that has developed
LEM. There
is not the years of use and the medical studies behind REM, but laboratory
analysis shows that it has more of the anti-viral lignan EP3
than LEM. Our initial limited testing in our clinic found it stronger for most, but not all patients. We have combined it with the strongest Coriolus on the market, a 36% polysaccharide/beta glucan product, as well as reishi, schizandra, and a pure grape seed extract courtesy of Kroeger Herbs.
