Calcium and Lithium Orotates are our bedrock products to help heal the liver. We always suggest the Orotates in Hep C cases with significant progressed liver damage. They quiet down the lysosomes which produce the reactive oxygen species that damage the liver. Liver protective substances include two forms of Glutathione: L-Glutathione which comes in tablet form and the much stronger GSH which comes in a strong tasting liquid. Glutathione is the major intracellular anti-oxidant present in the liver. Other anti-oxidants include R-+Lipoic Acid, Milk Thistle and the stronger Siliphos, which is Silybum bonded with phosphatidyl choline. Siliphos has much greater absorption than regular Milk Thistle, which is a standardized 80% extract of Silymarin in a base of whole milk thistle seed. We carry Phosphatidyl Choline which is useful for all cases of Hep C. Phosphatidyl Choline supplies the building blocks to repair cellular membrances and the liver needs more cellular membranes than any other organ. In cases of fatty liver we will PC in high doses. Squalene which is shark liver oil we use primarily in cases of high alpha-fetoprotein levels. Serraflazyme digests fibrin which constitutes scar tissue and helps restore circulation. In TCM terms it vitalizes blood.
