Ingredients:
150 grams LEM, 50 grams REM, 50 grams CEM. Very concentrated hot water mycelia extracts from shitake, reishi, and coriolus grown on sugar cane bagasse.

Cautions:
Upset stomach or diarrhea, rash. The rash is an allergic reaction not a cleansing reaction. Please stop the powder if this occurs. About 1 to 2% of people will react in this way. It is the LEM component of the mix that generally causes this.
